As you enter this bright and impressive Mediterranean-style home, you will enjoy the open floor plan and luxurious feel. The home has 4 oversized bedrooms, 4 balconies, and 4 baths. The inviting yard with a heated pool and covered patio, allows you to enjoy the outdoor and indoor living areas. This home is perfect for entertaining your family, business travelers, or guests. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, includes top-of-the-line stainless steel and Viking appliances, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, large double door refrigerator, and stove with 4 burners and a grill top. The huge entertainment/family room with beautiful french doors looks out into the patio and pool (pool could be possibly gated upon requirement). Each bedroom has its own bath, creating a feel of separate suites. The master suite has a king bed, a private bath with a large jacuzzi, a walk-in closet, and 2 balconies overlooking the pool and stunning mountain views. The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed, private bath, walk in-closet, and balcony with a mountain view. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds, a bath with jacuzzi jets, a large closet, and 2 balconies w/mountain views (one of the balconies is round and covered). The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and attached bathroom. There is an extra futon bed that opens to a queen on the second floor. The house also includes: recessed lighting throughout, surround sound system indoor and outdoor, and high-speed internet. This beautiful home is in a prime Studio City location that is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, movie studios, bars, attractions, and freeways. It's also 15 minutes from Sunset Blvd and Hollywood and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. Great for family, business travelers, or group vacations.

We had a wonderful time in this great, clean and comfy house! The hosts were always responsive and very helpful to ensure we had what we needed to enjoy and be comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the basketball hoop! The front and back yards are gated with nice landscape providing privacy and enjoyable places to gather and relax. We had a lovely Thanksgiving gathering with local family, and this house had the perfect layout/size for this. Thank you so much for everything, Miki, and we hope to be back!

I have had many Air B&B experiences. This was the first time I needed to be gone for 2 months due to construction. I live a mile from this rental property, which was ideal, super convenient and a relief to be close to my home. I want to give a shout out to Miki, who was my host (she was the person I communicated with during my 8 week stay). Miki is exceptionally accommodating, knowledgeable and very friendly. She was always available, super helpful and frankly a very calming presence, even over the phone or via text. My daughter and I have been through a lot this last year, but staying in a warm, clean, welcoming home was the salve we needed in order to get through being displaced. The property was even larger than the pictures could capture; lots of space to spread out and relax. We felt very much at home at the rental. The location is excellent - in case you're from out of town. The 101 fwy is around the corner and will take you anywhere in Los Angeles. :)

We traveled with our entire family - 2 parents, 1 nanny and 3 children 7 and under. We had a great time at the house and loved the location. This is a beautiful modern home for a family, for group of friends or couples. It has everything you need for a great week or weekend. The staff managing the property made it easy by explaining how all the cool options the home offers work so we feel like we got all out of the property.

This place is perfect. We loved the sliding glass walls opening the entire living area/kitchen to the patio and pool! Close to everything. Several incredible restaurants to choose from right around the corner. Instant response, communication and very accommodating!! Will definitely be renting again. Thank you sooooo much!!

The house was great. Booking was made easy. the views and the pool are so awesome. The ping pong table was a must have god so many fun nights. All new home, all new appliances. When I booked I was afraid that this home wouldn’t be what I saw on the pictures but I was surprised that it was very much just like in the pictures Miki the host was amazing and very easy to communicate with she made sure that we had a VERY pleasant stay and I had a rough morning getting to LA she texted me every step of the way which made me feel like I had at least one person in LA that actually cared that my family and I made it ok which there were moments I wanted to cry during my trip there but all along the way Miki was like have you guys arrived are you ok is there anything I can do etc which was very calming once I FINALLY made it to the Airbnb I was extremely surprised to have wine and chocolate waiting for me which really calmed my nerves as I climbed into a bed that adjusted to how I wanted to sleep that was another surprise lol the home was immaculate very cozy and comfortable it was close to everything so that was really cool as well the neighbors were very friendly

Amazing house with plenty of space and 6 bedrooms all with en suites were perfect for the guests we had staying with us. The owner met with us when we checked in and was on hand 24/7 for anything we needed / wasn't sure of with regards to the property Location was great, really central and easy to get to with plenty of private and on street parking (We were there for Grammy Week and had clients visiting throughout our stay) and was super easy for people to get to and park Great features including the outdoor kitchen / grill, outdoor tv, pool and jacuzzi and great open living space for entertaining in the main living space Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again ourselves

Liza and team are great and super responsive. We stayed here for 10 days and whenever we did encounter an issue, they were quick to respond and fix. The house is immaculate and located in a quiet area. This was an unexpected stay for us due to our home going through emergency remodeling due to water damage but glad the folks at Vacation Inn LA made us feel comfortable

I stayed little over a month in this property. It is a 5-star hotel like property in an amazing neighborhood which is close to everything yet of highest standards living. Main highlights of the place: comfortably spacious with many amenities, luxurious beds, baths and living rooms; designed with attention to every detail to enjoy inner living; smart home with many technologies to elevate living experience. The host has been extraordinarily helpful and accommodating while highly responsive. I will surely rent this place as often as I visit LA.

We needed a temporary home when we returned to LA after a few years abroad. While we waiting for our household goods to arrive so we could move back into our own house, we spent several weeks in this sweet house in West Hollywood. The owners have created a private, secure oasis on a very convenient tree-lined, residential street that’s within walking distance of two supermarkets and nice restaurant options. The house itself is a smartly kept example of classic Los Angeles Spanish architecture from the style’s heyday a century ago — with an updated, well-equipped kitchen and two well-kept bathrooms, great central air conditioning and a lovely backyard that’s perfect for morning coffee, a drink in the evening or just lazying in a very large hammock. This is an attractively furnished home, with great wifi btw, that’s been well cared for. We had an opportunity to meet one of the owners who couldn’t have been nicer — and more responsive to our quirky requests. (She even shared a couple of prized resources we could take with us: a dietician for our dogs and clever handyman who’ll be a big help around our own house of a similar era.) If we need temporary accommodation again, we would not hesitate to return. Thanks for the lovely hospitality!

We stayed at this home for a little less than three weeks during a transitional period when we were moving from one home to another. Our priorities were flexibility, location and price. Sigal's place had all of this. She helped us stay close to our current neighborhood. She offered a good price. And best of all she accommodated our ever changing schedule since our new home closing date kept shifting. This helped alleviate a lot of stress. Thank you! This home had wifi, parking, laundry, a working kitchen, and was huge. Very good for our needs.

I had never used Airbnb for a work trip and was a little nervous as you don't necessarily know what to expect until you arrive, but Sigal and Moshe were great to work with. They were quick to communicate and respond to my questions. We had 11 people staying in the house and it was for a work trip so they didn't want to share beds. Sigal was able to provide extra air mattresses which worked great. The house was a great fit for the teams needs. It was a really cool part of LA too. Overall, the team said nothing but good things. Will definitely recommend this home to other travelers.
